Here's what you can expect to do in this latest update:
Quick Capture

Workfile Sync: Quickly snap uncategorized photos for your own reference using "Quick Capture." These photos won't be included in any specific section of your final report, but they will seamlessly sync directly to your Workfile.
Build Your Report Through Photos
Take photos directly within specific Report Sections, and they will automatically link to the correct UAD 3.6 categories—no manual sorting required!

Site: Capture property access, uses, views, influences, and other key features and characteristics.
Dwelling Exterior: Easily add front, rear, and additional exterior angles.
Unit Interior: Document rooms, levels, walls & ceilings, flooring, and other interior features.
ADUs & Outbuildings: Add Accessory Dwelling Units (from the Unit Interior section) and Outbuildings right from the PhotosPV interface.
Delete: Delete Features or Rooms from the form in PhotosPV
Enhanced Detailing on the Fly

Direct Descriptions: Add and edit your photo descriptions directly within PhotosPV without breaking your stride.

Form Navigation: Tap the "Show in Form" Button to quickly navigate to the feature page and add data.

Quicklists created in a desktop TOTAL 3.6 report are now available to easily populate your UAD 3.6 reports in TOTAL for Mobile. Outbuildings in Sketcher & Auto-Population: The Sketcher now fully supports finished and unfinished Outbuilding areas. Drawing an outbuilding automatically calculates and populates its total area into your report. You can also add room labels, sync finished outbuildings to the Rooms page, and double-tap any outbuilding room to quickly snap and attach a photo.

Enhanced Area & Label Deletion: Managing your sketches & report data is now easier. For UAD 3.6 reports, you can now delete area types and room labels directly within both the sketch and the form. ScanToSketch Trademark Updates

We’re excited to introduce UAD 3.6 in TOTAL for Mobile, bringing enhanced data entry capabilities and alignment with the new GSE dataset. This release includes full access to all UAD 3.6 sections, compatible on all mobile devices.
Important Limitations
Mobile Sync is Not Yet Available
Syncing UAD 3.6 reports from TOTAL for Mobile to the cloud is not supported in the Learning Edition of TOTAL. This functionality is planned for a follow-up update in late September.
Report Incompatibility
Any UAD 3.6 reports created in TOTAL for Mobile before the sync feature is released will not be recoverable in TOTAL desktop.
Avoid creating templates or using TOTAL for Mobile for legitimate UAD 3.6 orders until sync is enabled

Exterior merging features:
- When dragging one area (such as a garage or patio) to attach to the outside of a second area, both areas will snap-merge together
- If both areas have the same name (such as First Floor), the areas will merge, the sizes will combine, and the common wall will become an interior free-form line

Interior merging features:
- When dragging a smaller area (such as a built-in garage) into a parent area, both areas will merge and the parent area size will adjust
- If both areas have the same name (such as First Floor), the walls of the child area will convert into room partition walls

Additional updates included in this version include:
- Guidelines will appear when moving areas to help with alignment
- The shape being dragged for merging will turn green when able to merge with another area
- A pop up will appear to confirm merging areas with the same name with the option to not show again
- The same-name area merging pop up can also be turned on/off in the settings
- New Merge Area Snapping settings are located in the TOTAL Snapping settings submenu with a maximum threshold of two feet
